The approximately 2.33-acre project site is located at 85 Cleaveland Road, between Crescent Plaza and Boyd Road, in the City of Pleasant Hill, Contra Costa County, California (Exhibit 1: Regional Location Map, Exhibit 2: Site Vicinity Map). Primary regional access is via Interstate 680, which lies approximately 1000 feet to the east of the project site. Local access is provided by Contra Costa Boulevard, which lies approximately 500 feet east of the project site. *See NOP for full details*
