Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0377-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Gary Sitzmann representing Bruck McLain Properties The project proposes to modify the pier head of the existing structure with the removal of the south-facing catwalk. This removal of the catwalk will facilitate the installation of a low-level boat lift, which will require the driving of a 10-inch steel I-beam, resulting in a nominal impact to fish habitat. One of the two recognized mooring buoys is proposed to be retired for no net change to mooring capacity.
