Document Description
KT Urban, the project applicant, proposes the demolition and redevelopment of an existing at an existing 71,254 square foot shopping center (The Oak Shopping Center). The proposed project would include 18 buildings with 203 market rate dwelling units in row houses, town homes, and mixed-use residential units, 39 senior living units, up to 20,000 square feet of first floor retail space, and associated below and at-grade parking stalls. Development of the proposed project would involve demolition of the existing structures and parking stalls on site, including some existing on-site vegetation, and construction of the project buildings and infrastructure.
