Document Description
The proposed project includes ECM 3 mo.difications to comply with Executive Order B-18~20 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, replacement of the building roof, installation of solar film on glass, tubular skylights, the replacement of 3 heat pumps and the installation of a new vehicle exhaust system. Site work includes the removal and replacement of accessible parking stalls and concrete landings, widen walks, modifying the existing drainage, earth berm and irrigation system, installation of a new vehicle gate and chain link fence at the northwest corner, a new water efficient system, and a concrete pad for Conex storage container, and exterior painting with insulating paint. I-IVAC modifications will include electrical work, rooftop work, and other heater/cooler system upgrades. Other modificatlons include sun shade and signage installation as well as· staff restroom, door hardware and reception window changes.
