Document Description
The Agua Caliente Tribal Corporation, a federally chartered corporation and the Oak View Group, a Delaware LLC are proposing to jointly develop a multi-sport and entertainment arena, including a practice/training facility, locker rooms, other support facilities, and parking. Total development would include approximately 252,000 net square feet consisting of a 173,000 square foot arena, 35,000 square feet of practice/training facilities, and 44,000 square feet of locker rooms/support facilities. Currently, the lower two-thirds of the Project Site contains a surface parking lot. The upper one-third of the Project Site contains undeveloped land with one single-family home located adjacent to East Alejo Road. The proposed Project would include demolition of the existing parking lot and single-family home, and construction of the new Arena and associated facilities.
