The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0278-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jim Daniel. The project is limited to removal and installation of a culvert at Map Points 3, 7, 8, 9, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 88, 89, and 93 over a Class II watercourse, and removal and installation of a culvert at Map Points 4, 28, 54, and 99 over a Class Ill watercourse.
