Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement number 1600-2019-0014-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Merced Irrigation District. The Project involves activities related to one-time construction rock diversion dams in the Merced River at the heads of three existing diversion ditches. Dam installation will result in backing up water and guiding flow into the diversion ditches.
