The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0027-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Westpark S.V. 400, LLC as represented by Jeff Jones.
The project is limited to the staging and development of a segment of Santucci Boulevard, the installation of stormwater outfalls and the creation of a bio-retention basin with an adjacent water quality swale. The Project is an infrastructure component within the Sierra Vista Specific Plan in western Roseville.
The project as a whole includes two sub-projects consisting of the construction of the road segment, two drainage outfalls, and a retention/infiltration basin and swale.
