Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment for Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0119-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Temescal Valley land, LLC. The amended Saddleback Development project will consist of two phases. Phase 1 includes development of 225 residential lots, 6 open space lots, a 5.71-acre park site, 1.5 acre of detention basins, and supporting infrastructure on 84.2 acres. Phase 2 includes development of 36 residential lots, 3 open space lots, 1.1 acre of detention basins, and supporting infrastructure on 18.3 acres.
