Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to the Los Lagos Homeowners Association for the purpose of implementing boundary vegetation modification to reduce wildfire risk to adjacent habitable structures. Work will include selectively clearing vegetation within 100 feet of habitable structures and clearing vegetation along the existing Los Lagos Trail to provide access to project areas. All work will be consistent with the Department's "Guidelines for the Protection of Structures from Wild land Fire" and the "Trails Handbook"; comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code; and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit, as well as be overseen by Gold Field District's staff.
