The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The Frazier Park Public Utility District proposes to conduct a planning project which will include drilling test wells, drafting technical and environmental documents, and analyzing alternatives to address numerous deficiencies in the Frazier Park water system's infrastructure.
