Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0048-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Decron Properties, as represented by Ara Vartanian. The project is installing a buried retaining wall to stabilize the bank adjacent to a pedestrian bridge and apartment complex. The retaining wall will be approximately 45 feet long and 2 feet thick, and 5 feet deep which will be embedded and backfilled to be level with the existing ground surface. The retaining wall will consist of twelve (12) steel-reinforced cast-in-drilled holes piles measuring 24 inches in diameter placed at 4-foot center-to-center intervals along the top of bank. The piles will be tied together with reinforced concrete 24-inch by 24-inch grade beams.
