JD Heiskell Holdings, LLC will drill a 150 gallon per minute, 600-foot deep well, Well 2, and install a 30-horsepower pump. Well 2 Will replace Well 1, a 150 gallon per minute, 400-foot well. Well 1 will be decommissioned. Five hundred-feet of four-inch pipeline will also be installed to connect the well to the rest of the existing system. The Project will provide for the operation of the system.

The replacement of the Well 1, a 150-gallon per minute well, with Well 2, a 150-gallon per minute well, falls under a Class 2 exemption, replacement of existing utility systems involving negligible or no expansion of capacity, (Section 15302, <10%). The installation of the 30-horsepower pump consists of Class 3, location of a limited number of small new equipment, (accessory structures, Section 15303 (e)). The Installation of 500-feet of four-inch pipeline also consists of Class 3, water mains of reasonable length to serve such construction, (Section 15303 (d), <1 mile in length, <16-inch diameter)).
