The Project consists of replacing a deteriorated wooden distribution pole with a similar-sized weathered steel pole. The project area includes a 10-foot-radius temporary construction work area around the pole required for excavation and foot traffic, as well as a temporary 2-foot wide access path to access the pole and anchor.
Approx. 475 feet south of the intersection of 4 Gee Road and Campania Avenue, in the City of Poway, San Diego County, California (33°1 '25.1 O" N, 117°7'20.21" W).

The project is located on an existing electricity line right of way and involves removal and replacement of a distribution pole. The project involves no expansion of use, and no exceptions to the CEQA exemption apply to the activities being approved.
