Reasons for Exemption
The proposed vacation will result in no physical changes in the environment. An easement will be maintained to ensure that PG&E continues to have access to their existing services. The subject right-of-way ends at the San Luis Canal and is not included in the County's maintained mileage system, therefore the project will have minimal impacts on level of service and miles traveled.
