The City of Los Alamitos will use Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for removal and replacement of sections of asphalt concrete and grind overlay of Noel Street in the Apartment Row Neighborhood from Katella to Farquhar Avenue and shall repair the 1237 linear feet of street. The Apartment Row neighborhood is a densely populated, multiple Family residential area of the City.
