The project will intertie the City of Santa Rosa's existing water system Pressure Zone R2 and Pressure Zone R4 to improve fire flows on Cobblestone Drive by installing an approximately 1,100 foot eight-inch intertie pipeline between Tillmont Way and Cobblestone Drive across a portion of the Keysight Technologies site.
