Document Description
The purpose of the proposed Project is to rehabilitate State Route (SR) 12 to enhance highway safety and ride quality for users and improve drainage systems. To meet updated standards and increase highway safety for this segment (Segment 2), the Project will change the SR 12 grade profile, widen lanes and shoulders, install new pavement, replace the existing fence with new fence, install roadside signs, add a left-turn lane and widen pavement at the Church Road intersection, install new permanent lighting at the Church Road intersection, install new guardrails where the embankment will be a 1:1 slope, install new and replace existing culverts, and biofiltration swales.
