Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of 80 single-family residential units and the annexation of the properties involved in the development. The proposed project would result in on-site infrastructure improvements, including new local residential streets, widening of Mooney Blvd., new and relocated utilities, and a temporary retention basin to treat storm water flows. The proposed project site is within the City of Tulare Sphere of Influence and City of Tulare Urban Development Boundary. Construction is proposed to begin in January of 2021 and continue through January of 2024.
