Document Description
The proposed amendments (applications) primarily focus on changes to Neighborhoods J & K residential layout and traffic circulation system, with a repurposing of the Golf Course to a Nature Preserve to allow for outdoor recreation uses consisting of hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, or fishing.
