The project is to construct a 60 acre groundwater recharge basin by Mill Ditch and the Kingsburg Branch. Monitoring wells and recovery wells are part of the project. The project location is at the SW corner of Adams and Academy Avenues, north of Parlier and south of Sanger in Fresno County.
