Document Description
The project would create a series of fuel breaks (15.7 mi. total) on BLM and private lands to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfire in the "Redwoods to Sea Corridor." Trees produced during the fuels treatment would be transported by helicopter to nearby streams (5.3 mi. total) to provide fish habitat. The project received funding from the CAL FIRE Forest Health Grant in 2017/18.
