Document Description
The project will include the remove the existing asphalt pavement and construct a new concrete traveled-way including outside shoulder backing, widen existing bridges, regrading the median, construction of a crossover lane, widening existing bridges, and removal and replacement of associated highway components. The project will permanently impact 61.64 acres and temporarily impact 54.84 of habitat that could support desert tortoise.
