The City of Los Angeles proposes to construct a new 17,500-square-foot facility that would consist of a full-sized basketball court, staff offices, equipment storage rooms, restrooms, shower, a community room, elevator, multi-purpose rooms, plaza for special gatherings, additional green space, pedestrian paths, and additional parking. (Schools within 0.25 mi: Soto Street Elementary School, SEA Charter School/Soto Education Center, Soto Street Children's Center, Park Place Head Start, Bishop Mora Salesian High School, and School of Santa Isabel)
