This project proposes to eliminate all four free right turns, remove existing traffic islands, upgrade existing curb ramps and sidewalks to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, and install new traffic signals and pedestrian countdown timers at the Blackfield Drive/Greenwood Cove Intersection.
