Th,e culverts at PM 67.28 and 70.85 are not sized for the increased flows resulting from the Gap forest fire, placing the highway at risk for flooding. Replace existing 18" culverts with 24" culverts to allow for the increased flows and debris will greatly diminish the risk to the highway.
