Document Description
This project will replace the crib steps on the Beach Trail in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve with metal stairs that include a handrail and refurbish the existing metal staircase to the beach, to protect public health and safety. Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.
