Reasons for Exemption
This action is necessary to prevent an emergency. Transfer of the ignitable hazardous
waste to an approved truck and/or container from a truck that does not meet standards is necessary prior to transportation of an ignitable hazardous waste to a permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facility to prevent accidental ignition and/or fire during transport and ensure safety of the public.
