Issue Right of Entry Permit to Marin County Public Works to repair six (6) culverts along North San Pedro Road between mile markers 3.25 and 3.84 in China Camp State Park to prevent failure of the degraded culverts. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
