Project consists of the sale and assignment of 264 square feet of Class 1b (SEZ) Bailey Land Capability restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which existing utilities will be upgraded to California Public Utility Commission standards. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Class 1b (SEZ) Bailey Land Capability areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
