Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project proposes to fund planning activities to enhance drinking water treatment and distribution infrastructure at Winterhaven County Water District. Pilot testing will be performed to improve manganese treatment. New distribution system will also be provided including new valves, fire hydrants and water meters. Engineering analysis, geotechnical investigations and topographic surveying will be performed as required. Plans, specifications, and a construction cost estimate will be prepared for the planned improvements.
