The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 5 to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0095-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sanborn Solar, LLC. The Project includes activities related to the construction of one vehicle access road, six vehicle road low water stream crossings, and eight fence line crossings. Amendment No. 5 replaces Table 1 and Figure 1 with a modified table and a map book that correctly represent the Project.
