The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-30500-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants: Sanborn Solar, LLC; EdSan 1C Solar Storage, LLC; EdSan 2A Solar Storage, LLC; and EdSan 2B Solar Storage, LLC. The Project includes the construction of 220-megawatt (MW) utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar generation facility and energy storage system capable of storing up to 4-gigawatt hours (GWh) of energy, which includes: installation of PV solar energy equipment, low-water crossings and road crossings, underground medium voltage (MV) cable, and security fencing, and the restoration of disturbed Work Areas.
