The project is located in southern El Dorado County, California. The THP area may be reached by traveling east via State Highway 88 through Cooks Station. The primary access road is located approximately ¼ mile east of Cooks Station on the north side of Highway 88. Additional access may be gained by traveling west on Omo Ranch Road for approximately one mile then northwest on the North/South Road to access other portions of the plan area.
