The final EIR, Negative Declaration, or THP that was prepared by the Lead Agency for the project is available to the General Public at the office location listed above for the Lead Agency CDFW's CEQA Findings are available at Project is 82,000-acre-foot reservoir west of Patterson and 1-5 for storage of water from the Delta-Mendota Canal. Water would serve agriculture and potentially wildlife refuges . Project includes construction of a main dam, saddle dams, a spillway, inlet/outlet works, conveyance facilities and electrical facilities. Project includes relocating Del Puerto Canyon Road and existing utilities that run through the reservoir site. the CDFW office identified above.
