Document Description
As a result of the high flows that occurred during January 2017 storms, significant erosion and rail embankment washout transpired adjacent to and north of existing 36" CMP culverts in an are that breached under head water flooding conditions. To remedy the situation, El Dorado County proposes to replace the failed culverts with one (1) new Multi Plate Arch culvert including approach and departure channels. Additionally, RSP is proposed along the approach channel and other locations where necessary to protect the arch culvert.
