Document Description
Landings Logistics Center by McIntosh & Associates (project proponent), is a proposed industrial complex located in Kern County, California. The project includes approval of a Master Precise Development Plan for 66.48 net acres consisting of 1,232,585 square feet of Light Industrial; 70,738 square feet of Light Industrial with a 150-room hotel option; 63 ,206 square feet of Light Industrial with a 150-room hotel option; and 20,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial. The project would be constructed in three (3) phases resulting in a total of 19 lots. The first phase would consist of the construction of nine (9) lots totaling 32.39 acres. The second phase would include the construction of four (4) lots totaling 17.38 acres. The third and final phase would include the construction of six ( 6) lots, totaling 14. 71 acres.
