The proposed project would result in the demolition of the existing single-story office building and redevelopment of the project site with an approximately 145,350-gross-square-foot, eight-story multi-family apartment building with 105 dwelling units, 14 (15 percent) of which are currently proposed to be affordable to moderate and low income households, and an approximately 712-square-foot potential commercial space, as well as associated open space, circulation and parking, and infrastructure improvements. A three-story parking garage within the proposed building would provide a total of 115 automobile parking spaces, and a total of 175 bicycle parking spaces would be provided.
