Project is the grading, earthmoving activities associated with the construction of a 48
acre-foot capacity water storage reservoir on shallow slopes (slopes ranging typically from 0-5%) located within an area of approximately of 2.5 acres within an annual grassland. The project area is located on lands that have previously been disturbed by hay farming and operations. Existing improvements in the project area consist of an onsite residence and associated agricultural accessory structures and access roads. The proposed reservoir would meet minimum setbacks from the adjacent blue line stream and would be within previously disturbed hay farming areas.
