The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0021-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. Project activities include installation of a culvert installation, rocked fords, crossing maintenance, temporary crossings, waterhole construction and impoundments, and maintenance, operations, and other activities at water drafting sites, and perform erosion mitigation activities, related to the Boulder Timber Harvest Plan in Tuolumne County, 4-12-026/TUO.
