- The Agency is entering into the Agreement with DWR to deliver 2019 CVP water to Semitropic WSD. In compliance with the California Environmental Water Quality Act, the Authority filed the Water Transfer Program for the San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water Authority 2014-203 8 Final EIR/EIS (Final EIR/EIS) on January 28, 2013. As part of the Authority's Water Transfer Program, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation will make available to the Agency on behalf of its member unit Semitropic WSD up to 5,000 acre-feet of the Authority's 2019 CVP water, currently in storage in San Luis Reservoir, for delivery to Semitropic WSD.
