- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0132-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to Jianjie "Jay" Fang. The project Is to re-align and underground an existing ephemeral stream from the middle of the property to the eastern property line. The stream will be placed in a 36-inch diameter pipe for 224 linear feet and will include a headwall and two manholes. Once the re-alignment is completed, the existing stream will be filled with approximately 50 cubic yards of dirt. An excavator and a pipe lifter will be used to complete this project.
