The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0024-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), as represented by Tim Talbert. The project is limited to the activities associated with replacing six existing culverts, including grading, excavating, removing old pipes, installing new pipes, installing rip rap and erosion-control geotextile fabric, and (if necessary) water diversion.
