Rehabilitate existing sewage system· on the east side of SR 99, including sewage pipes, force mains, sewage lift station, one facultative treatment pond with clay liner and three disposal ponds, as well as treating effluent from pond #2 and recycling the treated effluent through drip irrigation. The project would also install new wells on the east and west sides of SR 99 and rehabilitate the existing water distribution system.
