The 2044 RTP makes minor updates to the 2040 Placer County Regional TransportationPlan(2040 RTP), which was approved concurrently with a certified EIR and accompanying mitigation measures in December 2019. The 2044 RTP relies upon the 2040 RTP's certified EIR (SCH #2019060004 ) and its adopted mitigation measures for implementation as no substantial changes were made to the 2040 RTP's project list and/or program policies and investments strategies in the 2044 RTP updates.
