The County of Monterey Resources Management Agency Planning prepared and approved a Mitigated Negative Declaration in May 1980. The California Geologic Energy Management Division considered the MND prepared by Monterey and issued Permits to Conduct Well Operations. The California Geologic Energy Management Division has approved permits for Aera Energy to install the oil and gas wells listed below in the San Ardo oilfield.
