Document Description
This project will construct temporary detour lanes and crossover lanes in the existing median for traffic handling during construction. This amendment involves repaving the roadbeds, and upgrade guardrails, bridge rails, and drainage facilities and adds the installation of a fiber optic system, grading of outside shoulders, and grouting of riprap at each bridge location in the project area. The project will impact 5.25 acres of ephemeral desert wash and will provide 10.5 acres of CDFW approved mitigation at a conservation bank or the permanent protection of ephemeral desert wash habitat.
