This project will construct temporary detour lanes and crossover lanes in the existing median for traffic handling during construction. This proposed project involves repaving the roadbeds, and upgrade guardrails, bridge rails, and drainage facilities. The project will temporarily impact 14.17 acres and permanently impact 0.70 acres of ephemeral desert wash.
