The California Department of Transportation has considered the Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration as prepared by the Lead Agency and based on the document prepared by the Lead Agency, Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work: On the western side of State Route 63 at Cartmill Ave, The City of Tulare will reset traffic signal loop detectors, place hot mix asphalt and traffic striping.
