Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0065-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael Salove. The project consists of the construction of the Pacific View Drive Project on approximately 40.34 acres of land, which includes the development of a residential home. The project entails the widening and paving of a driveway following the footprint of an existing dirt road originating at Pacific View Drive. The road will be widened to 15 feet. An existing 18-inch culvert within the driveway will be upgraded to a 32-inch High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) culvert and connected to an existing 32-inch HDPE culvert, within an adjacent road. In addition, further down the driveway, an 80-foot long, 12-foot wide prefabricated span bridge will be installed over an ephemeral drainage.
